What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
What is your return policy for limited edition releases?
Please note that all 'Monday Program' drops, limited collaborations, and raffle wins are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their exclusive nature.
How do I enter a drawing for an upcoming sneaker release?
Drawings are hosted exclusively through the Kith App. You must have a registered account and a verified payment method to enter. Winners are notified via push notification and email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Kith ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the items.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your sizing and shipping address before completing your purchase.
