Returns & Exchanges

Kith offers a seamless return and exchange process for items in original, unworn condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit the Kith Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; print and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
